To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 晚上9點幾,話說小弟餓了,就去附近吃D野啦,而附近的餐廳都進入收工階段,無奈之下就來了呢間魚米,因為呢間野仲可以落單,咁入左去坐低後,叫了一個香茅雞翼菜飯$49,點知落單者話冇菜飯,要轉白飯,咁我想想下無所謂啦,點知咁就出事了,送上來的白飯是熱的,但吃落去系硬崩崩的,根本不是給人吃的,我隔離臺的一個人也是吃到的白飯都是硬崩崩,頓時火都黎埋,咁ge垃圾都敢拿出來給人吃?用餐心情瞬间消失,用餐从未试过有甘劣質的體驗,從此不再光顧。最後,向樓面投訴後,佢地都算知錯,道歉後立刻叫廚房整翻個米線給我和另外一個也是吃飯的顧客當賠償,但有咩用?心情已被搞砸了,所以吃一半就沒吃,給錢走人。在此,強烈譴責店家給予客人糟糕的用餐體驗,以後唔會再光顧此餐廳!!!
