To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 噚日諗住食下午茶,去左呢間所謂既韓國菜諗住試下好唔好食。我點左個韓式 豚肉流心蛋石頭鍋飯 ,朋友叫咗個韓式豚肉牛角包,我地再加多個小食韓式炸雞。我個飯出奇地不用2分鐘就上枱,我一望未食已經覺得中伏,因為d飯唔熱,d豚肉只有肥肉,朋友個牛角包係炸到黑黑地,一望就知到佢地用氣炸鍋翻熱。到個炸雞,一望就唔太想食炸粉多,咬落去食唔到肉,似食緊好硬既粉。成餐比佢地既食物完完全全破壞心情😓最後冇食曬就埋單走人,唔會再有下次。
