To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

夜媽媽唔知食咩好（禁夜晚堂食之前）入去試下，見到有鵝肝同埋個千層麵好似不錯。.入到去發現檯面痴笠笠，fine，食物質素夠就得。出餐慢？fine，食物ok就得。.今次嗌左個千層麵set+鵝肝多士，建基於環境都冇乜期待架喇。自問自己真係好討厭浪費食物，絕大部份時候都會食曬。咁哩間餐廳既餐點本身就可能唔太合我口味，食左一啲就覺得食唔落，可能油得滯好易飽。至於鵝肝多士…鵝肝比較細，哩個價錢可以接受。但整體真心唔推薦，係我心目中既劣食榜單榜上有名。野食冇影相係因為賣相唔算特別靚，當時都冇打算要寫食評.
