Restaurant: The Alley

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今次係第2次飲鹿角巷點解第一次飲完唔寫?因為個次叫左杯熱嘅皇家9號奶茶點解茶味咁淡,稀稀地好似飲奶水咁?一定係上次天氣涼涼地,買左杯熱,飲時味道先怪怪地一方面自己排左成個鐘好似蝕左,另一方面覺得咁多人排,冇理由人地覺得好飲架?於是我決定比多次機會鹿角行,點都要試一次凍飲第二次同樣要排1小時先買到,是常識吧黑糖系列一人只可買2杯於是我選了黑糖鹿丸鮮奶今次好好多了喇黑糖味出,而且黑糖味入哂鹿丸度Q彈口感比起熱飲出色好多但茶味依然比奶味搶去是因為冰溶得太快令味道淡了?還是有點美中不足吧!結論:要親自買即場飲,搭人買完拎到黎就失真
