To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 入座點下午茶輕型芝麻汁雞扒焗飯。及後向職員查詢銀魚仔是否油炸。該職員說唔清楚未食過。我再向另一職員查問銀魚仔職員說睇落唔似，我向該職員表明油炸的我不要。 我相信職員所以我追加一份銀魚仔。焗飯上枱，我見小小的焗碟上鋪滿醬汁，食一口非常咸…銀魚仔上枱，食一口，又乾又鹹是油炸了。因為食物實在太鹹，我職員索取一個放醬油size的塑膠盒，職員放低一個塑膠小盒及一個小塑膠袋，二話不說取走我的帳單並加上一蚊收費。並無早早話我知要額外收費。餐廳室內空調非常不足邊食邊出汗。我第一次在餐廳不愉快用膳。食物味道樓面職員唔清楚可以問廚房，廚房也唔清楚，是大問題。焗飯好滿醬汁 太誇張太鹹食物太鹹。職員冇事先向顧客說明盒子，袋仔外帶要收費。在櫃檯付費時職員話櫃檯枱前以寫明外帶餐盒要收費。太伏，唔會有下次。
