To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天下午與朋友家庭聚會後，朋友介紹去咗呢間餐廳食late下午茶，朋友也介紹飲冷壓檸檬茶，唔錯！凍飲+ 3蚊合理，也叫了温泉蛋套餐及焗豬扒飯，食物方面熱辣辣，奶茶、鴛鴦就一般。因那時人不多，不用等及待應比較好招呼（焗飯小心燙）。整體來說，地方都算乾淨，感覺良好，若在其他地方遇上這店可以再試試。

這個脆炸雞脾配脆炸薯條下午茶真的讓我有驚喜！首先，雞皮外層炸得金黃酥脆，一口咬下去噴出豐富的肉汁，絕對是肉食愛好者的夢幻享受。雞皮的調味恰到好處，帶有微妙的香料和微辣的風味，增添了食欲。而脆炸薯條也是完美的搭配，外層酥脆，內裡軟熱，口感十分滿足。薯條上的鹽巴粒粒分明，增添了層次感。整體而言，這個$40包飲品的下午茶讓我回味無窮😋

今日再到韓樂吃下午茶， 其實這間餐廳下午茶的款式很多，有焗飯，有湯粉絲，有炸雞髀薯條，有芝士炸雞，凍餐飲仲免費升級紅豆冰添。 今次再畀多一次機會佢，再食叉燒滑蛋湯通粉， 很喜歡這個綠色嘅菜圍繞住黃色嘅蛋，內裏有紅色嘅叉燒，五顏六色很有睇頭，依一次叉燒多番 感覺好好多。

我已經光顧韓樂多年算係老顧客！衰啲講咁耐以來全間餐廳淨係覺得炸雞髀好食！今天約三時到啟田商場韓樂下午茶食炸雞髀，食到半路覺得有啲唔妥，有啲粉味同唔熟嘅味，切開睇清楚雞髀完全未熟，尤其是入面纖維完全未熟是透明反光及粉紅色，通知店員後他們完全沒有諗過處理，就咁行開就算！我都已經食咗落肚驚食物中毒！已經報咗食環睇吓人哋點處理！我唔驚你話我誹謗啊俾啲相你睇睇吓邊個有問題連炸雞髀都搞唔掂仲咁嘅態度以後唔使旨意再幫襯

今日去探朋友，順路附近食飯。門口見餐牌幾吸引，小朋友又想食部隊鍋，就入去試吓。我哋叫咗一個陸軍部隊麵（走辣，走芝士），一個赤豚骨部隊辛辣麵，一杯凍朱古力，一杯熱朱古力。兩個麵都唔算係用碗上，用個大碟，快啲涼。食物偏咸。小朋友食陸軍部隊鍋，食咗一半就想放棄。我食赤豚骨部隊辛辣麵，豚肉有燒香過既味，辛辣麵都蓋唔哂咸味。叫兩杯朱古力，因為唔鍾意飲冇檸檬嘅檸檬茶。總括…..普通啦，未必再食，有很大的進步空間。😋Yummy Yummy: 5/10😋
