To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 收人50蚊,冇嘢飲。5月16號,星期三,下午一時左右,一個大快活推介咖哩牛腩飯,牛腩少到冇人有,只係得幾粒骰仔size,牛筋爛溶溶,小到死,只係好多汁,兩舊大薯仔。 咖哩汁味道也不及當年,辣有唔夠辣,咖哩味又唔夠,冇層次不特止,味道也不夠鹹。其實如果成本太高賣50蚊都回唔到本的話,不如加價加到$60 $70 做返一個似有牛腩的牛腩咖哩飯,好過乜都冇,丟自己㗎。老實講,我總唔信$50蚊一個咖哩牛腩飯冇錢賺。茶餐廳都做到啦,仲有湯有嘢飲。冇啦,食水勁深。
