To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

三大一小盲中中walk in 食咗一千二百幾,完全唔知食乜 ， 啲嘢又細碟，又唔係高質素， 個脆肉鯇魚腩多骨梅嘅，下欄嘢 。。一家大細諗住食飯都費事講太多， 埋單直接問佢有冇折，佢話openrice Book先有八折喎，平日就五折。你係值嘅我一蚊都唔會同你講價， 我話不如你畀返個八折我啦，最後冇折比我 ， 既然我開到口咁你咁堅決唔緊要，你識做人我識做人， 自己都做過飲食，我勁少咁樣去踩一間舖頭，佢又唔問客原因去改善， 錢我照畀，其他我都費事同佢講， 上到嚟openrice先睇到中咗伏，搵水魚。收我正價加一仲要茶位 畀啲咁嘅嘢我食 ， 百幾蚊一碟美國豬肉畀八片我， 仲要係啲普通貨， 椰子雞煲冇特色。。。。 其他嗰啲嘢真係細碟唔值，淮山 蜂巢豆腐 好似都係得個八件，都費事嘥氣講佢有幾唔值呀 。 睇佢玩得幾耐， 老老實實冇下次，仲要唱衰你添， 生意唔係咁做 ，完。
