To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 抵食又飽足嘅一餐生日飯,先去幫襯開嘅發記買海鮮,蝦、鮑魚、黃油奄仔蟹、象拔蚌仔再搭啲白蜆加一條勁生猛嘅大紅魚(免費的,可用作滾魚湯)料錢只係$660。紅燒炸子雞皮脆肉嫩可惜味道有少少唔均勻,某啲位置偏鹹,不過都好好味。白灼蝦殼脆易拆,白灼煮理充分食出鮮蝦嘅鮮甜,醮點辣椒豉油令鮮味更上一層樓秋葵雲耳炒准山清新中帶點鑊氣味道,空口食味道都唔覺鹹,唔錯。晚飯必點嘅小炒皇,舖滿櫻花蝦乾,配鮮魷、菜莆、鮮蝦、蝦乾、腰果、韮菜花,鹹鮮又惹味。蒜蓉粉絲蒸象拔蚌仔味道偏淡,要淋啲辣椒豉油至覺有味,不過蚌嘅口感靭,我唔太鍾意。濃白色賣相嘅魚湯好鮮味,加入白菜同豆腐餚煮,味道剛好,胡椒味比較重,能僻除魚腥味,飲多碗都唔會嫌多。脆皮鮑魚外脆內嫩,不過味道唔太平均,第一隻有味道,但第二隻比較大隻,肉靱又唔夠味,加上有飽意,所以覺得麻麻哋。雖然有飽意,但點都會留番個「胃」置俾我至愛嘅鹽焗黃油奄仔蟹唔使食多,半隻淺嚐就可以了,完美飽足呢餐豐富嘅生日飯
