To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

15-7-2005 1310今日中午時份特別熱，又要行快兩步，行遠少少去搵野食，之後拿拿聲返公司搏老命。來到差唔多已經係1點鐘，人一點也不少，一條友都要等一陣，一坐底諗緊食乜野之餘，睇下老版點樣控制店內的秩序，包括唔俾人大大聲講公事兼不雅說話，該位女仕好想用對眼打佢一鑊金。最終只係點了白鱔粥勁多，粥用魚湯煲，少少綿，冇乜味精，白鱔好爽，口感相當不對，唯獨係欠缺魚的獨特味道：腥味。其他食客好多都有點新鮮魚皮，可惜一個的力量始終差的。
