因為老婆太過掛住日本嘅嘢食,今次帶埋佢去銅鑼灣搵吓日本嘅味道。見人哋介紹銅鑼灣fashion walk黑門水產主打日本「浜燒」地道特色小食、時令食材及海鮮,就一於試吓佢。-秋刀魚刺身🐟咁大個仔第一次食秋刀魚刺身,秋天係秋刀魚季。魚肉比其他刺身更加爽口彈牙,除咗日本豉油陪Wasabi之外,亦都可以配薑蓉及蔥花,口味更多變化。食到最尾,店員會提議可以將魚骨炸或煮湯(收費項目),大家可以自行決定。-海膽蟹味噌甲羅燒 🦀(✨黑門水產得意之作)呢個真係好味到炸開😍!師傅將所有野撈埋一齊燒之後,就好似搽牛油咁搽上去塊餅度食,最簡單真接又好味!-黑松露白汁燒帆立貝✨淨係黑松露加埋帆立貝已經冇得輸!加埋小小配料,口水流到停唔到!同甲羅燒一樣,用來做開胃小食一流!-蒲燒鰻魚飯差唔多成塊手板咁大嘅鰻魚飯,鐘意食嘅朋友一定心心眼😍鰻魚入味多汁,蛋絲鋪底紫菜鋪面,足料又好味😋-壽喜燒牛肉鍋🐂🫕好鐘意佢哋牛肉唔會太多肥膏,大大件肉但又唔會嚡十十,食完牛肉個湯底都冇乜油,再加埋粒日本雞蛋做醬,有正在加埋落個湯度煮😍讚👍🏻!記得一定要飲埋個湯底😁-吞拿魚鉄火卷唔係用普通壽司白飯,用有味飯😆好食。Toro都好新鮮無筋
