To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我係一個食野好清淡嘅人，好少會係出面食。今日行街咁岩經過一間越南餐廳，好似新開左個幾月。由餐廳出面望入去環境幾舒適，啲裝飾好有特色。睇完餐牌之後我決定入去試下，我叫左牛油果沙冰同埋豬扒碎米飯。飲左淡牛油果沙冰，我就❤上了，入口好滑，味道啱啱好，唔會話好甜。至於豬扒碎米飯簡直啱晒我口味，先講豬扒，佢地D豬扒跟出面餐廳唔一樣，出面餐廳會用好多梳打粉黎整豬扒，食落口好似食緊好厚嘅炸粉一樣又好油膩，而佢地嘅豬扒食落去好唔同，口感啱啱好，唔會好油，而碎米飯係係越南進口，同我地平時食嘅米飯有D唔同，佢地嘅碎米飯好細粒，食落口煙煙銀銀加上佢地秘製嘅魚露好好食。聽聞餐廳嘅老闆娘係越南人添，怪唔知得啲嘢食咁正宗啦！十分推薦呢間越南餐廳，大家可以黎試下！👍
