To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日難得好天又放假,走左入屯門黃金海岸酒店黎個午餐,嘆嘆美食,仲有春天既氣息!走入沙嗲軒,餐牌有好多野都想食,哈哈!為免眼闊肚窄,好克制咁只叫左以下幾款:沙嗲軒拼盤 ($178),有四款美食:炸蝦丸、墨魚仔、炸軟殼蟹、泰式鳳爪,個人最喜歡軟殼蟹,皆因勁厚肉!咬落去外面香脆,入面啖啖肉兼有鮮味,同朋友爭住食!第二至愛係蝦丸,爽口彈牙,點埋泰式甜酸汁食至正!福建蝦湯麵 ($108),湯底無喇沙咁濃,但有好香既鮮味;鮮蝦好厚肉,一隻可以橫切開幾片,新鮮味美。海南雞飯 (忘了價錢)係我既推介,雞肉超勁滑溜,食落去啖啖肉,飯有油香,唔怪得係呢度既招牌菜。食完飯唔好忘記甜品,呢款椰青千層蛋糕($68)都好有水準,用新鮮椰青肉製造,忌廉夠香滑;面頭一粒好似珍珠既係白朱古力,造型夠晒高貴大方,用黎呃like至啱。最後想提下呢杯飲品,係薏米冬瓜水,味道唔太甜,剛剛好,春天飲黎去濕very good!
