之前在尖沙咀食過The Right Place 覺得環境食物都唔錯,就相約朋友去到大埔分店再食過!遠處已經見到餐廳招牌,係我最鍾意嘅粉藍綠色,門口比較開揚,已經見到入面幾乎滿座。幸好我們預先訂位,店員安排我們坐水吧前的四人枱位置,還給我們幾杯水,態度殷勤親切。A3紙大張嘅餐牌,每一樣都好想試吓,搞到我心郁郁。先叫了餐湯濕一濕個嘴。先叫了小食避風塘蘿蔔糕,煎炸野我一定最鍾意,所以一口氣食咗五六件,蘿蔔糕實在太好食外脆內軟,加上少少辣追住食。這裏的招牌菜12小時低溫慢煮烤乳豬件外皮香脆,肉質鮮嫩,咬一啖豬肉汁已經唧晒出嚟,可見乳豬非常新鮮。 我哋簡直係The Big Right嘅fans,之後再點了低溫慢煮烤西班牙黑毛豬鞍,配以黑胡椒燒汁,更加濃味,而且黑毛豬肉軟口,食落去質感好林,啱晒我冇牙婆😂來到這間酒吧餐廳我就不叫有酒精飲品Chilli 一番,Mango Tannin芒果味濃郁,啱晒我呢個芒果控。食咗咁多嘢都只係$1200埋單,每人平均消費$300就可以食到咁豐富、咁有質素嘅西餐,實在值回票價。
