阿爺燒鵝餐室(大圍)呢間餐廳座落喺大圍站附近,平時條街人流都好密,餐廳門口有外賣餐牌,周不時都有人喺門口排隊。聽朋友講餐廳嘅燒鵝同叉燒唔錯,今次嚟試下👾🍚阿爺燒鵝脾飯 $120 + 凍奶茶$3燒鵝脾皮脆肉嫩,肉質好滑,啖啖都係肉,不愧係餐廳招牌推介。啲肉汁有埋鵝肉嘅甘香,食落又唔會太膩。咁靚嘅招牌鵝脾,價錢貴啲都值得一試!🍚邪惡金蛋叉燒飯(配秘制豉油汁)$68 + 凍奶茶$3平時牛乳炒蛋就見得多,而呢度嘅「邪惡金蛋」竟然係加鹹蛋炒,啲蛋好夠味,又炒得啱啱好唔會太老,再加上秘制醬汁,適合撈飯食👍🏻真係好好創意叉燒嘅味道調得啱啱好,唔會太甜又keep到本身嘅肉香味。特登揀咗肥叉,仲有啲驚會油膩得濟,但夾埋個炒蛋竟然啱啱好,呢個搭配真係冇得輸🤩整體嚟講,作為一間茶餐廳風格嘅餐室,食物質量都算上佳,下次有機會再帶朋友一齊食🙌🏻
