今日放工後,陪朋友去旺角行街買生日禮物,購物完畢,亦到咗晚餐時間,就周圍行搵野食。但可惜最近6點後禁止堂食,所以晚餐都只可以買外賣回家。 行經旺角豉油街50號地下的「爆丼屋」,見門外餐牌介紹的爆丼非常吸引,而且宜家外賣仲有8折優惠,每份丼都跟有湯、飲品。所以決定買兩份外賣,回家慢慢享用。 麵豉湯用三文魚,蘿蔔,麵豉煮成,入口除麵豉的咸香味外,仲多咗三文魚的油香,蘿蔔的清甜味,好好飲 松葉蟹丼(冬季限定)差唔多成隻松葉蟹的份量,真是好爆,有8隻清甜鮮味長長的松葉蟹腳,2隻蟹鉗,蟹肉,再加上入口甘香細膩柔滑拖羅蓉,咸咸脆爆的黑魚籽,撈埋醋飯一齊食,層次分明,非常豐富 重量級燒牛扒盛丼份量好大,一大份燒烤過牛扒鋪滿成個飯,牛扒肉質結實,好有牛味,入口多汁,配上微甜的燒烤醬,非常美味
