好好食呀 😋 好耐之前lunch time 黎過都覺得啲嘢食唔錯,估唔到dinner 仲要高質好多倍!佢地呢個Lobster set 真係碟碟都好食!每食完一碟我地即刻好期待下一碟有啲咩驚喜 😍 (明明一早睇咗餐牌知道有咩食,但佢上枱之後每碟都好有驚喜)整體黎講我覺得呢個餐 $1388 真係超值藍水晶蝦薄片 📍賣相好靚!最底層係高質新鮮嘅蝦,做到真正嘅晶瑩剔透 🥰🥰 加咗魚子醬同三文魚籽做,同埋白酒啫喱做點綴,食落好清甜,好唔捨得將佢吞落肚🤣鵝肝焦糖布甸 📍首先呢杯唔係一杯普通嘅焦糖布甸,大廚係用咗打溶咗啲鵝肝再攞去燉2個鐘頭,好有心機架 😍 所以佢入口每一啖都充滿住鵝肝香,中間仲燒咗一層薄薄地嘅焦糖,再係上面放一塊香煎鵝肝,真係好好食!一定要食呀!我食完一啖簡直停唔到口呀 龍蝦濃湯 📍送餐上嚟嘅時候中間有一粒龍蝦肉丸,咬落啖啖都係肉 🦞而龍蝦湯就當然係可以俾你自己倒,慢慢影相啦 👍🏻龍蝦味好濃郁,又唔會過咸,推薦呀 ❤️烤龍蝦拼美國頂級西冷 📍嚟到主菜啦!有半隻燒過嘅龍蝦,燒得啱啱好,肉質亦都好鮮甜,仲有好多龍蝦膏 🥰 牛扒係medium rare,切開之後嘅肉帶有少少粉紅色,好嫩,s

呢到嘅甜品都好好食呀 🍮 班戟外層燒過焦糖,本身已經有少少甜味,原來入面係充滿住蒸咗2個鐘練奶,唔會話超甜,所以食食吓就食鬼哂 😅 上面嘅蜜糖脆脆雪糕都同個班戟好夾,為呢餐飯畫上完美嘅句號
