To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

點半鐘，坐低後，打開餐牌， 以為得散叫，點知點左餐先發現有是日“精選午餐“， 就即刻同員工講，我想點番午餐，佢竟然答我： “入咗單改唔到喎“， 同佢講啲嘢食啱啱點，仲未嚟喎，佢話：“系統改唔到單“。價錢貴左兼冇湯送，我都算啦，嘢食係碟頭“蒜蓉雞扒飯“，雞扒有酸味，又乾又細塊，想點？！ 冇服務冇食物質數可言🤬😒
