$80 180 g 嘅牛肩扒係最抵食我食過好多次,佢嘅牛肩扒夠厚,係石板上唔會OVERCOOK自己燒好容易控制熟度,我通常燒成MEDIUM RARE,肉味都夠膿。平時會係自己屋企買高級牛煮,點解都仲會幫襯呢間係因為佢白飯、沙律、湯任食湯係用牛肉蕃茄煲成,都好飲,會想再ENCORE 味道又OK,份量又無得輸,抵食!
