收到風,以前跟肥肥家族相熟o既日本料理師傅最近喺銅鑼灣一幢食廈出沒。正被醫生嚴管o既大肥爸爸就派小肥同契妹週五先去探路,等過咗我地嗰關佢先同靚靚媽咪出山到訪。師傅正駐守於「勝八鉄板串料理」及「勝八居酒屋」,分別為大廈o既十樓及十一樓,單睇門外大大o既水牌已可感覺到其氣派十足 。XO仔傍晚六點到達,睇完哂兩層不同o既裝修後,覺得十樓充裕o既光線及空間感更廣o既格局比較適合雙親 ,故亦選此為當日用餐之地。圍繞住牆邊o既散座全為絨墊梳化櫈,舒適大方。店子左邊位置原來仲可以間開,變成一間可容納二十多人o既私人房間,似乎喺度開迷你派對都得喎。 木造o既牆身並冇花巧o既裝潢,只係簡單以彩色o既粉筆字喺黑板上寫出時令推介菜式,簡潔企理。其實一入門口已發現餐店現正推廣緊兩款御膳套餐,不過深知唔啱大肥食,故今次亦作好準備散叫。師傅一見到小肥,可真雀躍萬分,仲話幾年冇見,一定要飲返兩杯先,真係客氣 !眼見契妹手指甲上o既花紋咁可愛,其男同事見狀,即特別換上得意趣緻o既黑白小兔酒杯仔黎襯托一番 ,真令二人感到極受歡迎。細佬先同師傅道出當晚o既任務及自己o既愛好,然後就轉交叫餸o既重任俾佢,嘻嘻,

。哈,師傅好似睇穿細佬口味咁,巧妙地以黑豚肉隱藏咗條露筍,再以白滑o既芝士汁蓋過露筍本身嗰陣澀味,令菜式討好得多

XO仔天生八卦
,正因為咁方才得知相熟o既日本料理師傅自從舊老細移居外地而結束食店後,如今原來已遷往銅鑼灣o既「勝八鉄板串料理」及「勝八居酒屋」。今次喺「勝八鉄板串料理」重遇,多得佢關照,細佬同契妹得以享用一頓豐盛美味o既日本餐,有靚酒飲之餘,仲有VIP獨有o既優惠添,小肥當然係即場訂座,一個星期後再帶埋父母黎幫襯啦
