To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

作為一間街坊茶餐廳，藍山食坊嘅優勢勝在鋪頭員工態度親切。佢哋成日都：你好、唔該、多謝曬，唔係機械式嘅語氣，小妹食個晏仔唔駛影響心理情緒，唔會黑口黑面離開。午餐嗌咗個黑椒雞扒火腿飯加杯熱咖啡，雖然個飯唔係好特別周街都食到，但＄37個飯包杯熱飲，算係平價價錢，真係街坊小店先做到。佢哋認得啲客，好記得熟客嗌開啲咩，就算只嗌杯野飲都好好禮貌。午飯時候好多附近嘅中學生去食，店員都會以「細佬」去稱呼，而且同佢哋有好多互動。個種親切感，令第一次入去食嘅我都覺得好窩心。
