To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前見到電視介紹過呢間餐廳, 今日走左去試下, 因店舖細細, 所以枱都比較細, 放唔係好多野, 食得有少少辛苦.每人包一份海鮮同6款配料, 7款海鮮包括1)鮑魚 – 不太大隻, 勝在夠彈牙, 每人一隻. 2)半隻蟹 – 夠鮮, 肉質嫩滑. 3)蝦 – 要用碗CUP住, 因為太生猛了, 仍在跳, 放佢落鍋到有少少覺得殘忍, 哈哈, BUT 肉質爽甜, 每人兩隻4) 蚌 – 大大隻, 沒有沙. 5,6)沙白蜆, 細蜆 – 夠鮮甜, 分量不多. 7)多寶魚 – 夠嫩滑, 啖啖肉.配料我地點左1)肥牛 – 夠嫩唔鞋. 2)魚片頭 – 有少少怪味. 3)花枝丸 – 會切開一半, 份量夠多, BUT味道仲怪, 好似有少少變左咁. 4)花膠 – 要烚耐D, 最好一早放落去. 5)墨魚滑 – 最正常, 夠彈牙. 6)響鈴 – 都係最正常的, 打邊爐必食.最後將蛋, 冬菜, 菜脯, 蔥, 南瓜等材料落落個粥水到煮成粥, 落D楜椒粉會好味D.其實海鮮係OK, 但其他配料就差左少少, 有待改進.
