To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期一嘅一個下雨天的晚上, 全間餐廳無人, 我和朋友全程都係得我地一圍, 感覺好似包左場咁但個STAFF成日問我地食完味, 其實只係8PM左右, 搞到我地好似阻住佢地收工.. Rib Eye Steak (medium well) - 好睇唔好食, 賣相真係相當吸引可惜牛扒無牛味而且有點過熟. 上面仲要無拉拉加左些醋做點綴, 搞到塊牛扒有醋味係上面好古怪, 浪費左塊牛. Gnocchi with cream and walnet - 呢個有些驚喜, 本身gnocchi 有點膩同好易飽但佢沒有放好重芝士份量而加上多一點合桃令感覺冇咁膩, 白汁好香好有忌廉味,呢個菜值得一試.Cold cut ham platter (Parma Ham & Speck Ham) - 不過不失,冷盤前菜用來配面麭或者芝士也係不錯嘅選擇.
