To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日放工，行過見到有間麵館，門面雖然係麵館，但細睇原來咩都有得食，上至蠔仔粥，近到親民雲吞麵都有，我就揀左一個出名魚蛋加魚皮餃黎食，外加一碟魚皮，先講魚蛋，味道好鮮，更好爽滑同彈牙，無出邊街外現成果種臘味，另外魚皮餃都好出色，皮身都夠薄，足料呀，另外仲有碟浸滿魚蛋既湯黎併撈麵黎食，可以食得重味，又可以食得淡小小，仲有炸魚皮，唔會好淋身，夠晒炸，又我落下到上麵既速度都好快，值得一讚，加上又近地下鐵，果到食家都可以食下，雖然今次食唔到其他餸，太飽，可以下次再黎食其他
