To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日同媽咪行觀塘海濱散散步,行到甘上下又到晚飯時間,之後簡左金記冰室,環境寬闊,地方乾淨,而且卡位夠多,兩個人坐得舒服。🥢涼瓜炆牛肉涼瓜與牛肉味道很搭,不過味道偏濃,餸飯最夾。🥢清炒時蔬終於唔係常常既菜心/生菜,用既係菜心苗,非常淋甜,簡單一個炒菜已夠好味。🍴鐵板西冷牛扒薯菜蒜茸汁(5成熟汁另上)牛扒賣相一流,味道亦剛好,只係稍為有D地方有筋,配既薯菜亦用上辣鮮薯仔炸既薯條,令人一口接一口。🥢客家沙薑雞(例牌)沙薑的獨特香氣與雞肉係特別匹配,食而不膩。🥄綿滑蛋白杏仁茶白滑細緻、杏味清香,仲有蛋白滋味,又唔會太甜,推介之選。
