To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

阿女放假，來了觀塘的校長燒肉吃午餐放題。我們十二點左右到達，放題食物包羅萬有，分別有刺身區、熟食區，前菜區、沙律區、火鍋區、燒肉區、甜品區、點心區、飲品區、花茶區。這裡的食材豐富，新鮮兼款式十分多。除了燒烤外，更可吃火鍋、刺身及壽司。刺身有三文魚、吞拿魚、赤蝦、帶子等。燒烤有豬、牛、雞、魚等，及其他配料。火鍋區有各式瓜菜、山根、冬菇、豆卜，也適合素食者食用。火鍋湯底有日式豬骨湯、壽喜燒湯，及韓風辣湯。熟食區有多款熱食及白飯，也適合長者食用。飲品有多款選擇，更有清酒、梅酒供飲用。甜品款式亦多，令到整個午餐，劃上完美的句號。
