To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 5月7日,10:30不斷被電視廣告疲勞轟炸,忍不住一試,可能因各種客觀因素,結果有點失望。翡翠蝦餃早餐翡翠蝦餃:不夠熱,皮厚,竟被淘大叮走了。雞包仔:不夠熱,包皮濕、淋。煎腐皮卷:不過不失。鮮茄牛肉鬆天使麵:湯底和配料醒胃,麵是幼而有咬口的意粉,我心目中的天使麵和她有點距離,但基本上用真正天使麵放湯,應有點難度。即磨咖啡:不過不失,不可能要求專門店的水準。整體份量足,可惜"冷"字破壞了色、香、味。可能是時間晚了一點,加上要這種早餐的人不多,便有這結果。

翡翠蝦餃:不夠熱,皮厚,竟被淘大叮走了。
雞包仔:不夠熱,包皮濕、淋。
煎腐皮卷:不過不失。
鮮茄牛肉鬆天使麵:湯底和配料醒胃,麵是幼而有咬口的意粉,我心目中的天使麵和她有點距離,但基本上用真正天使麵放湯,應有點難度。
即磨咖啡:不過不失,不可能要求專門店的水準。
整體份量足,可惜"冷"字破壞了色、香、味。
