To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 諗住呢一間都有少少人氣,經過咪試下囉車仔麵正路叫三餸.包括正常叫開嘅大腸、蘿蔔、仲有呢一間有人講下嘅流心蛋第一啖試啖湯.似係勁胡椒味跟住覺得有啲辣到口腔發脹(之後先知咩事).唔理佢繼續食落去.豬大腸有五舊,味道叫做過得去蘿蔔五蚊銀咁大,得四舊.覺得佢好鬼孤寒.所謂嘅流心蛋.係整好好耐放喺側邊一半熟蛋.我食到中間仲係凍嘅.真係要比零分成碗麵嘅份量應該只係榮記或者肥公嘅七成.仲送三分一條菜心.最頂癮係食完飲兩啖湯之後即刻有強烈嘅嘔吐感.似飲大咗身體想排出酒精嗰種感覺.唔知係咪有一滴香或者超辣化學品嗰類好嘢係入面半小時後上吐下瀉.不敢再幫襯了.
