To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

炎熱的夏日中午經過希雲街，好想來一客拉麵 鋪頭剛開門，店員非常貼心，有問要唔要開大啲冷氣 這裡的水是自助形式，天氣熱可以自己斟多幾杯飲，而且是室溫水，不是冰水，對身體好啲 拉麵方面，我選了北海道牛奶拉麵，湯底好濃郁，雖然有少少咸，但整體好好味，唔會好油，差不多飲晒啲湯 拉麵的粗幼度適中，煮到剛好 Al dente配料也非常新鮮，叉燒半肥瘦剛好，溏心蛋好味，最驚喜和欣賞的是香蔥，非常爽口，令人忍唔住食晒 另外，還加了$10黑木耳，份量很多，都算抵食 最後埋單剛好$100 ，唔使加一服務費，可以食到高質素拉麵，以香港現時消費水平來說性價比算高

拉麵方面，我選了北海道牛奶拉麵，湯底好濃郁，雖然有少少咸，但整體好好味，唔會好油，差不多飲晒啲湯
拉麵的粗幼度適中，煮到剛好 Al dente
配料也非常新鮮，叉燒半肥瘦剛好，溏心蛋好味，最驚喜和欣賞的是香蔥，非常爽口，令人忍唔住食晒
