自從二月去完北海道之後,一直對海鮮丼這個食物念念不忘,直到搵到Doraya呢間餐廳,令我有番置身日本食海鮮丼既感覺計埋今次已經係第三次黎,無論中午同夜晚既Menu都係一樣,唔會坐地起價,都幾抵食,以日本一個海鮮丼賣¥2000-3000黎講,呢度百幾蚊一個魚生飯性價比係幾高今次嗌左個自選三色丼,分別簡左生海膽,三文魚子同香燒藍鰭吞拿魚,如果簡4款減$5,簡5款就減$10如此類推,另外加$10升級個湯,多左好多蜆~一個定食係幾豐富海膽鮮甜,唔腥又滑,質素同日本食到既差唔多,當然係北海道最新鮮啦香燒藍鰭吞拿魚燒香過之後竟然比普通赤身更吸引,除非嗌最貴既大腩,否則呢個香燒係好食啲~侍應話生蠔係每日搭飛機到港,之前已經見佢很落力咁推介,今次就試下啦~就咁加少少檸檬汁,清清甜甜咁直落胃部,果真夠「鮮」
