Restaurant: 和暢金廚 (南盛街)

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

店面很小,有點家庭式作業,才二十多三十個座位,晚點來要在門外上街上等。東西不貴,份量該是二人的小份。除了菜單上的東西,牆壁上掛著店家當天的新鮮推介。#鹵水墨魚 店家當天的推介,鹵水味偏淡,墨魚頗新鮮。#金牌碗仔翅 味道不錯,這個價位不是用粉絲而是用魚翅,雖然是細身的但有啥可說。#櫻花香蔥餅 就是香蔥餅加了點櫻花蝦,蝦的份量不多。#清湯牛腩 份量剛夠兩人,湯底好牛腩夠爛,質量比得上同區X記的清湯腩但價錢平宜差不多一半。#北菇鴨汁魚唇 魚唇夠爛,份量也不少#家鄉蠔砵 焗得很香脆,就是那蠔仔偏小。#紅棗糕 味道棒,不太甜限量供應,記得點菜時就要先下單。
