一直係網上都有留意到北角有間靚靚宮廷式主題嘅火鍋店，非常有特色，設計擺設都盡見心思。所以我今日專程約左係北角住嘅朋友一齊嚟打邊爐!🍲首先當然要叫佢地出名加⭐康熙花膠雞湯鍋- 有足料嘅三大片花膠，半隻滑雞!湯底超級濃郁，好味😋；未開始打邊爐之前，已經飲左幾碗湯。🥓伊比利亞橡果豬- 豬肉新鮮，好有肉味，而且買相精緻，似足玫瑰花咁🌹🥟滾得餃子拼盤十粒 - 餃子有五款，每粒都用料十足🥗滾得豐盛雜菜拼盤- 雜菜拼盤有八至九種菜，而且全部都好新鮮，顏色好豐富🧈黃金雙拼(秘製鹹蛋黃醬)- 哩嗰真係超級有驚喜，用秘製鹹蛋黃醬去炸響鈴同魚皮，味道好好，口感非常脆口，真心推介👍🏻🦪沙白蜆- 沙白蜆新鮮，蜆肉夠晒鮮甜🧊足料竹蔗茅根一渣🍶獺祭.純米大吟釀(720ml)- 打邊爐一定唔少得Sake。火鍋店價錢公道，而且食物質素都好高，喺打邊爐嘅list推介之一!
