北角小清新正宗韓國菜 — Antidote呢間位於北角嘅韓國餐廳,餐廳走淺綠色簡約小清新風格,店員都係韓國人,主打醬油蟹、烤肉、石頭鍋飯等韓國料理。店員會喺我哋點菜後送上前菜,前菜附上泡菜、菠菜、白蘿蔔及醃紅蘿蔔🥕🍚牛肉釜飯($200)烤牛肩胛肉配上牛蒡,銀杏等配料,再臨上自家醬汁攪拌,白飯經壓力鍋烹製已成,令飯粒粒粒分發,最後配上麥茶做茶漬飯,別有一番風味🦐海鮮煎餅($160)煎餅用上大量韭菜、通心菜、蝦、魷魚,比市面上既煎餅都大好多,用量十足,表面煎得香脆,配上醋醬汁可以中和油膩感!🐷泡菜豬肋骨鍋($348)配料用上豬肋骨,五花肉,泡菜,粉絲及豆腐,店員會用gas爐不斷加熱,而且會細心地將豬肋骨既肉剪開佢,而且可以再加湯,湯底唔會普通地加雞湯/水,而係鰹魚湯,為泡菜鍋增加不少風味!

🍚牛肉釜飯($200)

🦐海鮮煎餅($160)
煎餅用上大量韭菜、通心菜、蝦、魷魚,比市面上既煎餅都大好多,用量十足,表面煎得香脆,配上醋醬汁可以中和油膩感!

🐷泡菜豬肋骨鍋($348)
配料用上豬肋骨,五花肉,泡菜,粉絲及豆腐,店員會用gas爐不斷加熱,而且會細心地將豬肋骨既肉剪開佢,而且可以再加湯,湯底唔會普通地加雞湯/水,而係鰹魚湯,為泡菜鍋增加不少風味!
