新開張位於北角的人氣廚師發辦「重房日本料理」,日本空運時令的優質刺身、壽司、海鮮及食材入饌,嚴選每一道心意創作。出配合四季變化的廚師發辦菜單;店內裝潢以木為主格調,小店約設有12個座位,卻更能貼近吧台與餐桌間的距離,享受美食的同時更可欣賞師傅烹調的瞬間,享受五感體驗心。當天由擁有豐富日本料理經驗的龍師傅所主理每一道無菜單。也分外用心,更會不時觀察客人用餐情況及喜好作出調整處理,真的非常細心!這次廚師發辦 價位相當親民,晚市咁多度菜式都係千零蚊,卻品嚐到不少珍貴食材,北海道香箱蟹、北海道帆立貝、北海道北寄貝、長崎縣生蠔、金目鯛、海膽、拖羅、鮑魚、冰見寒鰤、大地貝、吞拿魚腦天、秋刀魚、銀鱈魚、深海池魚、A5和牛等等
