To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好多人話到糧尾日子就最鍾意食碗魚丸粉或者雲吞麵，但就算糧尾都要食碗有質素嘅雲吞麵！今日放工之後，我去到位於北角嘅富怡粉麵專家。小店面積細細，但選擇甚多，而且衛生唔錯！小食拼盤拼盤可以五揀三，我揀咗泰醬炸雲吞、黃金炸墨魚丸同蒜香炸雞翼。雲吞炸到脆卜卜，入面嘅蝦肉大大粒；墨魚丸真係炸到金黃色，入面仲有墨魚粒，夠爽口彈牙；而蒜香炸雞翼略嫌細隻咗啲。下次要試埋另外嗰兩款先得：鮮炸鯪魚球、炸韭菜餃。牛三寶河粉三寶係指牛腩、牛肚同牛孖筋，好豐富！牛腩肥瘦度適中，所以夠軟腍，牛肉香味濃郁；而牛肚炆得入味，夠彈牙；至於牛孖筋嘅膠口，骨膠原滿瀉！
