朋友帶我去咗北角嘅店小二食鑊氣小炒,叫咗以下菜式。避風塘爆茄子:好多炸蒜,超級惹味。茄子外脆內軟,入邊仲好Juicy添。蒜蓉素翅蒸扇貝:用素翅代替粉絲,更加有咬口。扇貝啱啱熟,所以質感好軟熟,一啲都唔韌。萬字醬油雞:豉油味好香,味道有層次感。雞皮算薄皮。雞肉嫩滑多汁。最底層仲有啲鉛筆菇,咬落爽口,同醬油味都好夾。黃金蝦兩食:黃金蝦有五大隻,蛋黃香濃惹味。佢仲有幾舊牛角包,比你配埋中間嘅咖喱一齊食。呢個菜式上枱嘅時候都幾靚。自己好鍾意食咖喱,就自創將啲咖喱配埋黃金蝦一齊食,其實都幾夾咖。梅菜蒸菜心豆腐:梅菜唔會過鹹,放喺菜心同豆腐面蒸,增加味道層次。豆腐好滑。菜心都好幼嫩。
