身為日式料理控的我,只要是生魚片料理我皆是愛不釋手。筆者特別偏愛鮪魚和喜之池,而活赤貝口感亦爽脆,輕輕沾點醬油更是極致鮮甜,而大拖羅及喜之池經炙燒過後,豐腴的魚肉油脂與米飯完美融為一體,味道更加香口。每貫壽司蘊藏著職人的精心安排,不論是按照魚鮮的味道濃淡和肉質去決定料理方式,還是以卓越的刀工去切割魚肉,都代表著鮨店會盡力把最好的呈獻到客人面前,帶來完美的味覺和視覺享受。完成了壽司部份後,來一客帶海鮮味的江戶前玉子燒。

一頓飽足後,最後以蜆湯與甜品做為完美結束,甜品部份也絕不馬虎,精美甜品包括有和菓子。這時我們已飽到不行,感謝職人的盛情款待
