nov 18, 09,友人帶我嚟斬料 : 1) 滷水鵝 x 1/4上庄 + 腎 (hk$75)-去到又要排幾個人咁啦........可以接受-滷豆腐賣晒-友人買上庄喺因為會瘦d-食落好有鵝味..........又令我諗番起食友曾講過食鵝有2個季節..........1喺清明節時份.........sell嫩滑........1喺重陽節時份............sell鵝味-脂肪皮唔厚..........肉質結實.........可惜比友人番熱時過咗火........所以微微乾咗少少-見到鵝肉有點metallic pink.........唔知喺咩原因...........同是否代表好貨..........有時我喺煙3文魚上都見過~~~~-腎都夠味,又爽,不錯* 多謝友人請客 * 友人話呢間好好生意.........成日要排隊..............店內寫明絶無分店...........不過同元朗嗰間好似樣
