這間潮州滷水店是朋友介紹我的,今個週末特意從九龍到西灣河試試。中午到的時候已看到一條長長的人龍在排隊了,看到前邊的每個人都買很多,心想質素應該唔錯。輪到我的時候,種類還有不少選擇,而我揀選了滷水鵝¼隻切片、豬大腸、火雞腎、豬耳、豆腐、雞蛋及一條大鵝頸…..裝滿了滿滿的兩大盒。回家吃的時候,對這店的滷水出品挺滿意。豬耳(爽口又淋度適中)鵝片(鵝肉香滑有滷水香)在香港很難找到一間好味的潮州滷水店這個值得試一試!

這間西灣河「順興潮汕滷味專門店」只此一家,絕無分店。只有外賣沒有堂食,而且長期有顧客排隊。鵝肉香滑,不太鹹又有滷水香味 👍豬耳爽脆、滷水蛋夠味 👍大鵝掌、大鵝翼送酒一流,必試 👍之前已試過豬手,味道都唔錯 👍另有豆腐、豬腸、鴨腎、雞翼.......下次可試試!

朋友向我推薦,說這店的滷水鵝很好味,他說有時下班後遲了去買,便已售罄。這天剛好在附近吃下午茶,當然不可錯過,打算吃完下午茶後就去買回家試試。到店時是下午三時許,有幾個顧客在排隊,不過很快便到我了。這天我買了滷水鵝翼和火雞腎,食物都是按重收費的,店家秤好重量報上價錢,然後幫我把食物斬件入盒,還附上一包滷水汁和一包白醋。回家後立即品嚐,滷水鵝翼味道好,沾上滷水汁和白醋,味道更佳。火雞腎一點也不硬,味道也好。下次要買滷水鵝試試。

以前住西灣河,順興潮仙滷味專門店必完大排長龍而且賣完便關門。真係爽!星期日回娘家,原本只計劃買掌翼及鵝腎做下午茶,但是3時已經賣完掌翼,鵝都只餘下7隻。排隊期間,見師傅斬鵝手勢非常純熟,手起刀落,快到不能拍照。而且師傅斬了大半天都沒有流露倦容,厲害厲害。越望越口水流,結果忍不住買了鵝腳 (2隻) 、鵝腎(1個) $21 + 1/4隻-上莊鵝 $77滷水鵝肉 一回家立即打開個盒,滷水鵝肉整齊排列好,每片都薄切,好似鵝片。正!再夾起,發覺師傅沒有完全斬開,結果肉與肉之間份仍然有小小連在一起。鵝肉好味,可以見到肉好似係一層層,好有咬感,但略嫌太實。鵝隻不肥夠香;肉很嫩,少肥膏。這裡的滷水很入味,入口鹹味適中,香料及鵝香配合得宜;味道較傳統的淡一點,切合香港人口味。滷水掌腳賣相一般,細細隻,不及掌翼吸引。但只餘下數隻,結果買了2隻。不夠淋,滷水味不太入味。味道一般。滷水鵝腎賣相幾好,有紋理。咬下去,太實不夠爽,滷水味不太入味。味道一般。斬料加餸一流~價格都可接受

鵝肉好味,可以見到肉好似係一層層,好有咬感,但略嫌太實。
鵝隻不肥夠香;肉很嫩,少肥膏。這裡的滷水很入味,入口鹹味適中,香料及鵝香配合得宜;
味道較傳統的淡一點,切合香港人口味。

滷水掌腳
賣相一般,細細隻,不及掌翼吸引。但只餘下數隻,結果買了2隻。
不夠淋,滷水味不太入味。味道一般。
