早幾日去咗將軍澳朋友屋企house warming,乘機睇吓將軍澳區係咪真係咁好住😝 周圍又會有咩好嘢食呢~ 朋友就極力推介呢一間匿藏在地庫嘅「京都」🏯Menu:我地各自order一個set,套餐均有白飯、椰菜沙律 & 味噌湯:1️⃣ 京都勝牛三味套餐($228)我第一次嚟呢一間,餐牌上多款不同種類、部位嘅牛肉,咁叫拼盤就最穩陣🥰 呢個套餐有翼板牛、菲力牛 & 薄片醬味牛🐮 若果係比較3款之中「牛味」最濃郁嘅,勝出嘅一定係「菲力牛」 👏🏻 我同朋友食勻跟餐嘅四款醬料:山椒鹽、招牌牛扒醬、咖喱醬 & 鰹魚和風露,辛辣嘅山椒鹽係最快被我地清碟😻 而甜中帶點微辣嘅和式咖喱醬配薄片醬味牛係最適合🙌🏻2️⃣ 特選日本黑毛和牛西冷($438)果然應該要食咗個平啲嘅套餐,再食呢款貴嘅😝 呢款和牛西冷被一層好薄好薄嘅脆皮包裹住,油份超高,入口即融😗 因為和牛上枱時係偏raw,如果怕生,可以叫侍應哥哥起火、拎個小煎pan加熱♨️ 不過要有心理準備,加熱之後肉質會稍微有啲韌😌 兩個方式都試過後,個人比較建議不加熱😉 而醬汁方面,雖然餐牌上有建議我哋點溫泉蛋,但最終我哋一致認同最能夠帶出和牛西冷鮮味嘅醬料係「芥末醬油

呢一間餐廳醬油嘅顏色比一般醬油為淺,鹹味偏淡,只要突破咗心理障礙,就會發現只有「芥末醬油」先能夠襯托出和牛嘅鮮甜☺️

食咗咁多款肉類,要食翻啲菜平衡翻🥗 如果就咁食椰菜沙律覺得太單調,可以添加枱上面嘅芝麻醬去調下味☺️
