聖誕下午茶，今年走一下中式路線......人棄我取嘛點心種類不多，也沒有金魚、企鵝這類可愛造型，賣點可說是穩定的品質。松露餃應該用了脆肉瓜、雞脾菇加黑松露醬調味，味香而不寡。另一樣必點是黑糖馬拉糕，是自己一籠那種。蒸糕質地綿密，不會過鬆，很有彈性。黑糖反映在顏色多於味道，甜味適中，吃兩三件也不怕。帶子餃個人覺得太淡，鮮味不突出。奉枱的XO醬和辣醬也不錯，如果茶葉更嚴選一點就好，畢竟收費也不便宜嘛⋯⋯
