最近嘅生活除咗工作之外,還是工作。雖然搵到嘅錢勉勉強強都叫做過得去,但係生活質素下降咗,原因係冇以前咁多時間去品嚐各餐廳嘅美食。剛過咗嘅星期一係我同阿K拍拖三周年紀念,亦係結婚之前最後一次拍拖周年紀念,所以我預先訂咗之前一日(即十一月二十五日嘅星期日)一間意大利餐廳食一個午市自助餐。呢間位於帝苑酒店入面嘅餐廳可謂本地最有名嘅幾間意大利餐廳其中之一,主持人之一Francesco Sabatini 响大約十五年前响呢度開咗全球第三間分店。是日有幸响呢間餐廳巧遇呢位主持人,仲親自奉上主菜比我地。雖然我地同佢冇乜兩句,但係見佢同埋其他熟客有傾有講,交流飲食心得;不斷提點餐廳經理點樣服侍客人,點樣放好食物,呢份對食嘅執著、熱情,已經值得我响服務呢一環俾滿分。其他人員見老闆咁親力親為,亦都不敢怠慢。(題外話:這裡有不少熟客幫襯,其中一位仲係過去十年嚟每個星期日都會嚟呢度食lunch buffet。餐廳裝修富有地道意大利鄉村小屋嘅特色,仿木(可能係真木)嘅柱同埋橫樑,色彩豐富嘅拋光瓷磚,簡潔嘅餐檯佈置,再望向buffet bar 嘅食物器皿,圖案十分精緻,撇開裡面嘅食物,單係呢啲器皿就已經係一件藝術

餐廳裝修富有地道意大利鄉村小屋嘅特色,仿木(可能係真木)嘅柱同埋橫樑,色彩豐富嘅拋光瓷磚,簡潔嘅餐檯佈置,再望向buffet bar 嘅食物器皿,圖案十分精緻,撇開裡面嘅食物,單係呢啲器皿就已經係一件藝術品。食物選材亦上乘,巴馬火腿配上蜜瓜,要幾多就可以食幾多;海鮮包括有龍蝦、生蝦、蟹腳等。這裡稍嫌美中不足嘅就係龍蝦味道普通,要扣少少分;不過蟹腳就十分新鮮,隱約仲有一陣海水味。Buffet bar 嘅食物固然吸引,放响檯上面嘅餐前食都毫不遜色,細細如一件麵包,亦睇得出師傅係下咗唔少功夫,尤其係那一塊有蕃茄响面嘅麵包,食落有啲似薄餅咁,食完還想再食多一塊。不過為咗之後嘅美食,都係忍一忍為妙。

呢個lunch buffet,其實係一個semi-buffet,cold cut、appetizer等放响buffet bar任食之外,仲可以無限次同侍應落order食呢度嘅意粉。講起意粉,呢度可說是數一數二,意粉身煮得非常之有口感,十分彈牙,就算放耐咗質地一啲都唔會走樣;阿K叫咗一個「黑松露忌廉意粉」,忌廉汁非一般滯肚,還有黑松露那種無法偽裝嘅獨有香氣。如果唔係驚眼闊肚窄,我完全諗唔到有乜嘢理由唔再嗌多一客。不過留肚還留肚,食吓食吓,已經大半飽,幾乎唔記得我地連主菜都未食。

主菜有魚、羊、牛、豬等選擇,我就叫咗呢度享負盛名嘅「燒羊架」;阿K就叫咗一客煎鱸魚。首先講吓鱸魚,食入口嘅質地,我只能用個「爽脆」嚟形容,爽脆嘅原因,唔係話因為煎過,而係條魚本身嘅肉質已經係咁,咬落真係「索索聲」。另一方面,羊架燒得非常出色,完全冇投訴嘅機會。用餐叉一拮,會感覺到塊羊架被一層薄薄帶少少脆嘅外皮包括,再用力深入一拮,會驚覺裡面軟綿綿,而且感覺到入面蘊含豐富嘅肉汁,未食已知十分對辦。將羊架切開,肉汁慢慢慘出,入口充滿羊肉味,在香港可以食到咁精彩嘅羊架,我想不出五隻手指之內。

食到中途,有一隊註場live band巡迴各餐桌獻唱,我地冇乜心水歌點,阿K就請佢地唱一首佢地嘅飲歌,歌名我就無從稽考,但係其中一句「…HOW MUCH I LOVE YOU…」就唱出我對阿K嘅心聲。所以,阿K當天都特別心花怒放。除咗食到好食嘅嘢之外,咁當然可以同我一齊食啦!

價錢每位四百四十蚊再加一,數字上可能有點嚇人,但絕對物超所值。好簡單,上等羊架响普通餐廳食都要成兩、三百蚊;好味啲嘅意粉都要百零蚊左近啦!呢度仲要係任食架。揀選嘅食材優質,加上殷勤嘅服務,絕對值得一來再來。嗜杯中物嘅朋友,呢度嘅開酒費五百蚊,不過我建議選用餐廳所揀選嘅餐酒,因為餐廳會响各地搜羅美酒,部分仲係响香港其他地方搵唔到。駕車者有兩小時泊車優惠。嚟呢度,要預備飽滿嘅荷包,同埋空空嘅肚。
