To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

由於地鐵以每個月第一個星期六半價來取代回程九折,所以我倆決定這星期六早上去西環一嘗”周記”, 店內面積跟一般茶記一樣大細, 沒太大空間, 招呼客人的主要由兩位阿姐主導,其餘的都是後生仔, 兩位阿姐身形瘦削絕對同呢間鋪匹配得到, 但做起事來各走極端, 一陰一陽, 兩個後生仔就差不多每個動作都被人質, 見到仍地都感覺到那份壓力, 不過估計兩個後生都可能係店主直系親屬, 將來可能係揸FIT人嗰種, 今日只係一種磨練, 被人噫哦兩句沒什麼大不了,我們叫的大部份都是這店名物, 蝦多士$40, 相當多嘅蝦膠有點不計成本似的, 兩片麵包夾住厚蝦膠,上面再沾滿白芝麻攞去炸, 邊會唔好食呀, 新鮮製作夠香口, 一人兩件實在過份,雖然明知係油炸但食落口唔覺油膩, 炸的功夫有一手!紫芋西多$37係另一佳作, 一刀切下將西多分開隨即泡出稍稍杰身的紫色漿糊, 有趣同時又漂亮, 其實唔一定要做西多, 可以變化出N咁多樣花款, 不過傳統中國人諗法(又或者講大部份人)千辛万苦試成功一個菜式後, 唔會想再花時間落去精益求精都係正常嘅, 但如果這事發生在一個日本師傅身上,可能會變出十個變身, 呢d都係文化差異吧!炒銀針粉

炒銀針粉$40, 粉多配料少, 呢樣都屬於正常嘅, 因為呢個單價唔高, 味道有丁點兒辣,

不過又因為配料少的關係無咩味道, 亦可能跟潮流調味料盡可能少啩!

銀芽加上白米色銀針粉, 顏色上是絕不起眼, 如果能有點紅紅綠綠的話,即使味道一般外觀都可以攞返些少分數呀!

燒賣, 比較少蝦肉的豬肉燒賣, 都唔錯的一品, 下 次再試蝦餃
