To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 八月十七日 (星期一)完成peak season的第一個工作天,身心舒暢...今日我們一班同事特地訂了枱,請幫我們手的暑期工飲茶...未飲過寶湖,不彷一試...事前預訂了兩個東瓜盅,只售九十多元,有足十人份量,算是經濟可能煲的時間不夠,所以湯味不太濃,但用料都可以接受要一讚的是其點心小菜,每樣都有一定水準一行十七人,點了成枱都是,更有層層疊的情況出現...值得一吃的美點有麻蓉流沙包金鏄(即炸豆腐,好好味)燒腩仔蝦餃千層馬拉糕牛肉球牛栢葉埋單,差不多二千...但全枱人吃得百份之二百的飽...很滿足!

埋單,差不多二千...但全枱人吃得百份之二百的飽...很滿足!
