探完朋友之後,他介紹試吓附近的台式餐廳,充滿地道嘅台灣感覺。門口有一排櫈提供比食客有需要時等位坐。非常細心。醉雞,醉豬手就食得多啦,醉乳鴿第一次食,乳鴿好入味。凍凍地嘅口味。作為前菜開啓味蕾。高湯浸娃娃菜,再鋪上台式肉燥。即刻化身為俱台式特色的菜式。同平時酒樓食嗰啲上湯娃娃菜有少少吾同。口感更豐富。唔好以為滷水淨係潮州餐館先食到。估唔到台式滷水都有佢獨特之處,就係有好多我好鍾意吃嘅鴨舌。柯仔煎系台式餐廳代表作之一,它的口感與平時吃嘅有少少吾同,比較煙韌。茄汁有提鮮嘅效果。炸雞又香又脆和芝士混合,特別惹味,焗包吸晒芝士味變得好香口。睇見都流晒口水。左邊是酥炸魷魚鬚好有嚼勁,中間是酥炸雞軟骨,爽口彈牙,右邊是酥炸⋯⋯?估唔到哩,系雞脾菇,第一次食,口感一流,令本身無味嘅雞脾菇變得香口。飲品方面,一定要試吓佢哋嘅沙冰。記得制作需時,心急嘅朋友就提早啲落單啦。最後要吃下甜品才算完滿嘅一餐。又飽又滿足的感覺好幸福呢。
