每年周年紀念都會搵間有香港靚景嘅餐廳,今年揀咗Felix, 由於想睇日落景色至到夜晚景色,我哋經OpenRice book咗六點入到去個環境好好,景觀亦好靚!之前睇啲人嘅comment覺得Testing Menu份量好細所以我哋直接散叫!前菜叫咗帶子刺身配魚子醬,仲有鴨肝;主菜叫咗Red Lobster pasta同埋tenderloin~ 甜品叫左鬼佬油炸鬼- churros! 當然唔少得兩杯紅酒賀一賀前菜來講比較欣賞鴨肝既配搭,平常呢度菜都會用多士做個底,但Felix用既係自製酥皮,如果醬汁更加係用青蘋果去配搭,微酸嘅醬汁令成個菜嘅配搭好平均,食落去唔會覺得好油膩主菜來講有驚喜嘅係Red Lobster, 選料豐富,最驚喜既係估唔到海膽可以同個pasta 咁夾!而tenderloin 都整得好好, medium rare無overcook, 口感入口即溶整體上十分滿意,值得再黎既餐廳
