To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

十分垃圾既一次buffet體驗

D野食完refill得勁慢，8點半左右已經好多野唔會refill，例如芒果拿破侖、曲奇味雪糕、巴斯克芝士蛋糕、肉眼扒等等。8點幾已經個甜品箱得返1-2款，亦唔會再refill落去🙂問個職員會話無曬啦😅？？我黎食自助餐，你咁多野都無得refill，咁我比錢食空氣呀？？😅到後來，個蛋撻都無埋，要「主動問」佢攞先會攞出黎。😂都幾搞笑，我食自助餐，你收埋d野食唔refill落去，要問先有？😅而刺身部個職員行開左，見到有幾個人等緊佢仲慢條斯理仲行返埋去🙂其實服務同自助餐既質素黎講，真係都極差下😅建議想開心食自助餐既人要認真考慮下去唔去呢間野食🙂除非你想去間想食咩會無咩既buffet啦！參考圖片如下：
