To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 見佢啲面包有板有眼,個餐廳似似地*樂,心諗質素唔會太差掛。但完全俾個外表呃左,叫左個三文魚野菌闊面,一個豬鞍,一個沙律。雖然佢有講個沙律細細碟,但我完全想像唔到原價52蚊既沙律會得四件蕃茄仔,再加一pat有芝士味既醬(唔係芝士)。個闊面外觀正常,份量不過不失,但不是靚闊條面,個餐牌講到咬口彈牙等等,原全食唔到,係煮到over左既闊條面啫。個豬鞍上枱一刻,所有野都玩完,首先圖文不附,我第一次見豬鞍係咁分開斬件,而且切開同豬扒有咩分別呢?除左鬆肉粉質地,我完全食唔到有豬味,更莫講咩橡木香啦,係得鬆肉粉!仲要痴住骨個舊係一團肥膏,成份野得下面甩出黎個塊係豬扒咁(仲要我覺得佢真係搵舊豬扒去扮豬鞍,因為厚度斬好明顯唔同)有圖有真相。佢個質素同價錢係茶餐廳仲好食抵食過佢,唔知點解會有咁多好評。仲要食到一半,我個口仲食緊薯條個陣,有侍應走埋黎話幫我收起佢,我真係呆左,唔通叫親呢個豬鞍既客人都係食一半就唔要,點解佢會覺得我食一半就唔要,最後只食多幾條薯條,因為成舊肥肉,真係得個塊「扮豬」係可以人到口。十分十分失望同埋覺得唔抵。
