湯內的年糕非常煙靭好有咬感,而豆腐都入曬味湯,咸度都剛剛好。

就憬餐廳主打的熟成牛,煎到六成熟,外焦脆內裡濃郁的牛肉又嫩!我就將牛肉配上紫蘇葉,再伴上大醬同埋蒜片,呢個食法第一次試,估唔到又更香更口感豐富。

用慢煮的大條新鮮爽嫩八爪魚,口感嫩中帶脆,非常有嚼勁,即使內部的八爪魚魚肉都非常入味!

人蔘雞湯都飲過好多次,蔘味嘅雪糕真係第一次食。淡淡人蔘味,口裡回甘,絕對滿足到識食又養身的你嘅甜品胃!
