To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

2019年2月13日（星期三）香港人鍾意食米線街知巷聞，在外地最掛住嘅美食，米線想必穩入三甲無疑。速食一般唔多過15分鐘， 店舖內10小辣之聲不絕於耳，此起彼落；三哥早已經將10小辣賦予實質內涵，濃淡標準不可逾越。叫咗招牌，貪佢樣樣有：過橋米線再加口水汁豬耳。阿姐好交帶，講明冇豬膶，會用火腿代替退。風頭火勢，避免食豬內臟，為顧客健康着想，三哥抵讚！豬耳好爽，伴碟花生脆卜卜，口水汁有水準但係牛肉有啲啲靱！話時話，過橋米線預咗係二人共享，上枱會送埋兩隻碗仔；飲品優惠只限一杯，再加就要比原價！姐姐帶位、落單、執枱 、送餐跟外買，一腳踢做到冇停手依然有講有笑，老闆一定對佢哋好好！三哥又有諗頭，响情人節送10小辣朱古力氹有情有義情侶開心!如果二人餐飲品都同享優惠就更好🥂
